I have a vast background in group setting discussions, leading round-table talks within various industries.  My goal is to understand the main points of discussion, what are the achievable outcomes, and shepherd the conversation along in the most efficient way.  My intentional listening allows me to understand viewpoints from multiple angles, parse through verbiage, and hone in on what individuals are truly saying.  I believe my project leadership within IT and sales experience provide me with an effective base to segway conversations to flow states, where information and dialogue is free flowing and imperative to reaching desired outcomes.

I am extremely passionate about helping others and solving problems.  In my previous roles, I have showcased an adept ability to pinpoint problems and understand what path needs to be taken to remediate them.  I live my life with the belief that feedback is a gift and will work tirelessly to not only evolve as a professional, but as a human being.  I have a natural ability to connect with individuals in a manner that is both professional and approachable.  I have a knack for digging deeper into understanding an individual’s true pain points and goals.
